Handwoven Scarf (24-18)

This handwoven scarf is woven with sock yarn: some superwash BFL wool (from Blue Faced Leicester sheep) and some that is a blend of superwash merino wool and nylon, making it soft and squishy as well as warm and easy to care for (it can be machine washed if needed, though hand-washing will extend the life of the garment). The warp is wide alternating stripes of solid chocolate brown and hand-dyed yarn that includes a variety of purple, brown, and pink shades; the weft is a tweedy hand-dyed yarn in shades of brown that intersect and blend with the warp stripes in lovely ways!

This small scarf is 8.75 inches wide and 37 inches long, plus fringe. 

I have tried to ensure that the photos accurately represent the colors of the actual items, but please allow for the differences in the ways colors show up on screens and in person.
