Handwoven Scarf (24-05)

This stripey handwoven scarf is woven with sock yarn that is a blend of superwash merino wool and nylon, making it soft and squishy as well as warm and easy to care for (it can be machine washed if needed, though hand-washing will extend the life of the garment). The warp yarn is in two very similar shades of chocolate brown, one of which includes tweed neps, providing very subtle vertical stripes. The weft yarn is a self-striping sock yarn that makes wide horizontal stripes in gray, purple, gold, brown, gray again, red, blue, and green.

The scarf is 10.25 inches wide and 75 inches long, plus fringe.
